As Head of HR and Wellbeing , you will lead the human resources strategy and champion employee wellbeing across all 20 locations. You’ll design and implement initiatives that not only drive performance but also ensure our team feels valued, supported, and engaged.

HR Strategy: Develop and execute policies and procedures aligned with the business' goals.
Wellbeing Initiatives: Create and manage programmes that promote mental health, physical wellbeing, and work-life balance.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handling employee concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Diversity & Inclusion: Wellbeing Expertise: Passion for mental health and wellbeing, with experience developing successful programmes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong relationships at all levels.
A proactive, flexible leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
