The ideal candidate would be someone with sales experience and/or an individual who can confidently carry a professional conversation, has a drive to make money, and is capable on a computer (Excel & Word).

The Role
On a typical day you will work to a financial target by:
* Liaising with clients on their recruitment needs
* Searching for the right candidates on job boards & Linkedin
* Speaking with candidates to understand their needs & requirements
* Selling in candidates that meet the clients’ needs & vice versa
* Arranging interviews
* Collating & delivering interview feedback
* Organising & settling job offers with clients & candidates
