The role:

Steadman Brown are working closely with a global end user who are growing out their Salesforce team This business are sitting at the forefront of the latest Salesforce technology within the financial services space.

Our client are searching for a Salesforce professional to work closely with the DevOps Manager, to improve the Salesforce deployment process, CI/CD pipelines and ensuring the smooth delivery of Salesforce deployments. This role requires previous experience with Salesforce and with either release management or DevOps tools. You will collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other teams to enhance the overall platform's performance and reliability.

Desired experience:

  • Salesforce knowledge/experience (either as a Developer or Technical Administrator)
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (such as Gearset) or previous release management experience
  • Great communication skills
  • End user background is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the internal stakeholders
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Previous experience with Salesforce process improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with Salesforce deployments and releases, ensuring smooth delivery of projects
  • Understanding and implementing DevOps best practise
  • Adhering to a highly regulated industry
  • Work closely with the Salesforce team on future releases
