Night Support Worker. Hourly Rate - £11.00 per hour
Full Time: 35 hours per week - 4 days on 4 days off
Plus an annual location allowance of £1200

**We’re a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.

Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. If you possess a compassionate nature and find fulfilment in empowering remarkable adults through nurturing, caring, motivating, and encouraging their decision-making, then this role is tailor-made for you.

Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
We are looking for people who care and have:

Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts;This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
