Position Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong focus on the payment industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting payments change initiatives, particularly on large, complex, and regulatory projects. Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a must, along with excellent analytical skills and experience leading workshops for requirements gathering and documentation. Additionally, you'll demonstrate ownership of planning and delivering work package artifacts while mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and documentation of requirements for payment-related projects, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to produce insightful artifacts that inform decision-making and drive project success. Take ownership of planning and delivering work package artifacts, providing guidance and support to team members. Ensure proposed changes are fully documented and understood by stakeholders, with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the payment industry.
  • Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality artifacts.

Essential Qualifications either:

  • Exposure to Data & Reporting Analysis.
  • Good understanding of Payments (CHAPS &/OR SEPA).
  • Detailed understanding of Cross Border Payments (FX, Fees & Charges).
