Real Estate Solicitor – Head of Department - £85k

This Manchester Law firm in Manchester is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join lead their growing team. This opportunity has arisen following the promotion of a key team member, offering you the chance to step into a crucial role within the firm – and, as you’ll have the support of the incumbent head of department, it may be that you are at an early stage of your career in leadership, so Senior Associate are welcome to apply.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from property developers to individual investors, providing high-quality legal services. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships—the kind where you might receive a thoughtful thank-you gift after a successful transaction.

The firm values work-life balance and offers a hybrid working model. You'll be in the office three days a week to collaborate with your team and mentor junior associates, but you can set your own hours and work remotely on the other days.
