Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

As a Quality Assurance Analyst within our feature team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and user experience of our People First product. You will lead user and behavior-driven testing efforts, advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle, and work closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.

Prioritize the end-user experience throughout the development and planning process.
Quality Assurance: Support the team in building quality into every stage of the development lifecycle.
Agile Methodology: Actively participate in agile practices, such as peer reviews, test-driven development, and daily stand-ups.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest ways to enhance quality within team processes and the product.
Coaching: Mentor developers to improve their testing mindset and skills, including critical thinking.
Quality Advocacy: Champion quality throughout the team.
Manual and Automation Testing: Conduct both manual and automated testing, leveraging TypeScript and Playwright for efficient and comprehensive test coverage.
Exploratory Testing: Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues.
Accessibility and Performance: Validate the application's accessibility and performance.
Mentorship: Mentor junior Quality Analysts.

Experience with automation testing using TypeScript and Playwright.
Experience with cross-browser/device testing, web testing, test-driven development/behavior-driven development, and preventative testing techniques.
Experience with testing RESTful web services.
