Join us as a Change & Communications Support professional and contribute to the success of our People Services Transformation. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Change & Communications Lead in executing change management and communication strategies for the HR and Payroll system implementation. You will be responsible for actively contributing to the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans and tailoring strategies for effective stakeholder engagement. Your role includes crafting communication materials, coordinating activities for timely message delivery, and providing essential logistical support for change management events. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in change management or communications support, strong organizational skills, familiarity with HR platforms, and a proactive attitude. .

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Previous experience in change management or communications support, with a focus on HR system implementations.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Genuine interest in contributing to change initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc.
  • Experience in developing and executing communication plans for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyse feedback and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
  • Understanding of organizational change principles and methodologies.
  • Proactive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans.
  • Contribute to the identification of key stakeholders and tailor change strategies accordingly.
  • Support the creation of impactful communication materials tailored for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging to facilitate effective understanding.
  • Coordinate various communication activities, ensuring timely delivery of key messages.
  • Facilitate communication channels to encourage feedback and foster engagement.
  • Provide logistical support for change management events and activities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of workshops, training sessions, and other change-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change and communication activities with overall project goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the success of change initiatives.

This role highly values practical experience in HR system implementations, and candidates with expertise in HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, etc., will be highly regarded.
