Our client is a French patisserie bakery that runs alongside a retail business. They are looking for a creative a pastry chef . As their business is growing, they are looking for someone to grow with them. As a Demi Pastry Chef, you will be integral to producing our full repertoire of high-quality patisserie products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks and order necessary ingredients.
  • Precision in Preparation: Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
  • Production Participation: Assist in the production of various pastry items, chocolate creations, and mixes as needed.
  • Recipe Development: Learn new and seasonal recipes introduced by the Head Pastry Team.
  • Creative Contribution: Share ideas for new and seasonal products with the Head Pastry Team.
  • Record Keeping & Hygiene: Maintain accurate records and uphold excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Training Support: Assist in training Trainee Pastry Chefs.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
Key Results/Objectives
  • Successfully produce all patisserie products according to the established production schedule.
