Location: Remote (Worldwide, including UK, Dubai, etc.) | Part-Time/Flexible

We work with innovative startups, primarily in the Pre-Seed through Series A stages, providing them with expert guidance in strategy, scaling, and capital raising.

Investing Non-Executive Director (NED)
We are seeking experienced, strategic leaders to join the Boards of Directors of our high-potential startup clients as an Investing Non-Executive Director (NED) .

This is a part-time, remote role that offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of groundbreaking companies focused on sustainability and positive impact.

Working closely with the client startup's CEO and existing Board of Directors to provide high-level strategic guidance and oversight.

Governance & Oversight: Ensuring robust corporate governance, risk management, and strategic alignment in the client company.

Crucial Note: This is an Investing Non-Executive Director position, and the role requires a personal capital commitment to invest in the client company. The required investment level will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and tailored to the specific startup and the Director's capacity.

Compensation:
Significant experience as a Board Director, Investor, C-Level Executive, or Founder.
