Reaching more than 800m football fans across the world each month, and with a growing roster of brands including Goal, Voetbalzone, Koora Calciomercato and Spox, no one else has our reach or depth of understanding within the game. With over 400 employees globally, we’re a young company with some established brands and serious investment behind us.

About the Role

This will be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for extension.

INDIVISA is looking to expand our Social Media Team with a video obsessed creative who specialises in delivering engaging and unique video content with experience across multiple platforms and formats. A love for the women’s game is a massive plus as all our output revolves around women’s football. Working alongside the Social Media Managers to ensure maximum views and reach are being met, brand standards adhered to, genuine engagement in our community is being achieved and ultimately, we continue growing.

The job responsibilities will take you to some of the biggest fixtures and in front of the biggest players on the planet. Euro’s 2025, Champions League finals, major WSL matches and club media days, these tentpole moments on the sporting calendar are moments where INDIVISA must be present and shine. As a leader on the video team, this person will be expected to operate with a high level of professionalism–representing INDIVISA and Footballco with respect and excellence. This is a full-time job with non-traditional working hours to cover matches on nights and weekends.

What You'll be doing:

  • Video Production: Film and produce high-quality video content covering women's football events, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and other engaging stories. This will be a combination of formats and styles from mobile shot + edited in app to studio shoots with a wider team.
  • Basic Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for various social media platforms and remaining up to date on best practice for each platform.
  • Content Planning: Collaborate with the social media and content teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute video content strategies aligned with our brand and audience. Eg. launching a new show for YouTube.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and post production team to optimise video content for each platform, ensuring maximum engagement and reach. Reacting to analytics and adapting accordingly.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in social video, continuously experimenting with new techniques and formats to keep our content fresh and innovative. We encourage experimentation with trends and platforms so we are all ears for your expert opinion and ideas.
  • Post-Production Quality Control: Overseeing the workflow with freelancers or in-house editing team, including briefing and maintaining the high INDIVISA standards with regards to grading, sound, and graphics or animations as needed.
  • Lead production on tentpole INDIVISA show based in the UK
  • Plan and execute remote social video shoots around the UK (and sometimes the world)
  • Perform rough-cut video edits (using Adobe Premiere) and work with advanced editors who finish the project
  • Working with the team to achieve social audience and engagement growth targets
  • Create new video and static image concepts to engage with the women’s football audience
  • Identify incremental opportunities to grow our audience and expand our reach on social media including collaborating with our video and creator partnership leads
  • Play a key role in collaborating with the INDIVISA team to ensure content is published on deadline
  • Serve as key liaison between freelance hosts/videographers/creators on remote projects and original programming
  • Help oversee the internal database tracking the progress of all all INDIVISA projects

What You Have:

  • Previous experience producing social media content, ideally at a sports publisher or creator
  • Background editing social video in Adobe Premiere
  • A strong understanding of football and the women’s game
  • Obsession with social media; deep understanding of what people want to share and what makes publishers successful
  • An understanding of the digital and social media landscape
  • A deep familiarity with analytics, data, and using data to drive insights and performance
  • Basic video shooting skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to look ahead in content planning
