We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team, supporting customers with product adoption and resolving complex technical challenges in their software security programs. Customer Success Engineers play a critical role in building and sustaining customer relationships while driving the adoption and success of Veracode solutions.

The Customer Success Engineer works closely with the Customer Success team to build long-term business relationships with our customers, which helps maintain and grow our business.
Veracode has an environment that fosters upward mobility and career growth so we are searching for high energy, hard-working individuals that would like to grow with us.

Collaborate with Customer Success Manager on designated accounts through customer onboarding to ensure a successful customer launch.
Demonstrate and integrate Veracode products across the entire software development toolchain.
Minimum five years’ experience in the information security or software development industry.
System integration and automation experience with an emphasis on CI/CD (AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience writing scripts with Python, Postman, etc. NET, Java, JavaScript programs are compiled and packaged.
and cloud security solutions (Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma, Orca, AWS Security Hub, etc.)
Fluency in French a plus, but not required
Must be willing to travel 10-25%
