As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience. Ensuring that every guest receives the highest levels of service from our team members. Managing the restaurant efficiently, specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is well-trained and delivers a smooth service. The ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork. Full rota flexibility Experience in operating Micros system WSET Level 2
