Responsibilities

Main responsibility of role will be full demo management:

  • Capturing demand and arranging order of Alpha, Beta and MP Units
  • Provide recommendation for ordering accessories
  • Returning Alpha/Beta units for credit
  • Applying ECNs/PCNs to demo stock, keeping full log of applied changes
  • Daily management of the demo system
  • Arrange shipments and fit accessories as needed
  • Re-image returned units and complete return process
  • Manage recycling of old devices and accessories
  • Manage demo stock levels across all areas
  • Chasing back outstanding demo from customers
  • Monthly reporting of outstanding demo kit for return
  • Collect and distribute customer feedback

Technical responsibility will include:

  • Technical issue management and escalation
  • Customer facing technical query management
  • Document and log all technical issues within central database and ensure all issues are kept up to date
  • Proactive support on products and projects to anticipate and escalate potential issues to management and GTC technical teams
  • During technical engagement identify key solution vendors that are critical for customer and feed the details to the EMEA solutions team

Essential Experience Required

  • 2 Years general experience within the IT environment
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of PC architecture, including operating systems and BIOS

Competencies

  • Self-motivated individual capable of working individually and within a small team and other departments
  • Advanced skills in standard Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills for both internal and external correspondence
  • Analytics skills and data management
