The Project:
The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager who has the experience to deliver (from start to finish) a £20m retained façade with RC frame, to be fitted out with 7 apartments in prime Knightsbridge. The position requires someone who has the technical ability to deliver a heavy refurb/newbuild/structural alterations project in a logistically challenging postcode.
The project duration is approx. 18 months, 4 months or pre-con, 2 months of which a specialist contractor will be constructing the frame.
The Senior Project Manager will be someone who can take hold of the job, run a contract, is proficient with Asta, can plan ahead, knows what they're doing and has a plan.
Has the expertise to oversee daily operations of a construction project; heading the project management, design management, value engineering and commercial management fields. Demonstrate proficiency in proven project management methodologies
·Strategic project planning implementation
·Management of the design teams, design process in coordinating and producing robust designs
·Management of commercial and procurement strategies
·Undertaking of design and risk management
