Our portfolio includes high-profile golf days, charity fundraising dinners, fitness and wellbeing retreats, and prestigious corporate events such as Christmas parties and awards dinners at two of London’s premier venues.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organised candidate to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance. This position will involve supporting the planning, coordination and execution of a variety of events. You will work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring each event is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including golf days, charity dinners, fitness retreats and corporate functions.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management and client communication.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop innovative event concepts and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, including budgets, timelines and reports.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work outside standard office hours, as required by event schedules.
  • Passion for live events and a keen eye for detail.
  • Must be available to work in London a minimum of 3 days per week.
