Joining us in Financial Services Business Risk Services (FS BRS)

We help and support clients achieve their strategic goals by guiding them through new legislation changes and helping to navigate accounting, regulatory, technology and operating model change. Grant Thornton’s Financial Services Business Risk Services (FS BRS) team provides market-leading risk, control and governance services to the financial services industry, working with clients from the insurance, banking and investment management industries and beyond. Our key offerings are internal audit (outsource and co-source) finance and risk management, compliance and technology.

Joining the Agile Talent Community as an Interim Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of IT internal audit engagements in a manner that exceeds client expectations. You will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within FS BRS and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Experience in Penetration Testing (infrastructure, wireless, app, etc.) and keeping up to date with the latest threats.
  • CREST / CHECK Certified – Essential.
  • CHECK Team Leader is ideal.
  • CHECK Team Member will be accepted.
  • Experience working in an Audit Function or Team.
  • SC Cleared or willing to gain SC clearance.
  • Experience working with Junior members of an in-house team.
  • Flexibility to travel to client premises when required
  • Training and advising clients on remediation as appropriate using business focused and technical language.
