It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.
IT Business Analyst

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions? We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Business Application Analyst to join our Group IT team. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal and sustainable IT service delivery through system analysis, project support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hybride working model with 2/3 days er week on site
Group IT Contract Type: Permanent
Analyse business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and fault diagnosis at a technical level.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Support agile methodologies and create project documentation (e.g., Collaborate with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Provide hands-on application support and user training.
Bachelor’s degree.
Languages: English (required); German (beneficial).
Experience: 3+ years in business/system analysis, IT systems design, and project management.
Strong proficiency in M365, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
Skilled in ITIL, data analysis tools, and business process modelling.
Creative problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Full driving license.
Willingness to travel and provide support outside normal business hours if required.
