Due to our success across 2024, we are expanding various divisions across Global Procurement Group. As such, we require an additional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our already established Internal Recruitment team. You will be expected to create candidate pipelines for various vacancies through networking, whilst utilizing all avenues possible to attract candidates to our roles.

Look to identify talent pools and appropriately match talent to the right roles.
Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st and 2nd interviews and face to face interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedure.
Experience in volume recruitment exposure, ideally within B2B sales
Prior Experience in an internal talent acquisition function
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases.
Solid understanding of either resourcing as a standalone skill or full-cycle recruiting
