Developing and driving the product vision and strategyacross the business with senior stakeholders
~ Owning,defining, planning and communicating new product features, roadmaps,product backlog and success metrics. Identify problems, analyse root causes, anddevelop creative solutions to drive commercial success of the productand feature delivery: increase revenue, reduce sales cycles and reducemanual work owned by the client facing teams.
~ management: collaborating with senior management, customerfacing teams, engineering and user experience teams, negotiatingpriorities, and providing clear direction.
~ Gathering, analysing andusing data, weighing various options and metrics, considering risks,using data to drive product decisions and making choices that driveproduct success.
~ Embracing new technologies, market shifts,and emerging trends, adjusting product strategies and plansaccordingly.
~5+ years ofexperience of Product Management within a scaling SaaS organisation,leading end-to-end product delivery of small to medium and complexfeatures, involving multiple teams and stakeholders, driving productstrategy forward by building roadmaps.
~ Background in SoftwareDevelopment, Computer Science, Data science, or Mathematics and astrong understanding of software development best practices, SDLC,users and decision makers.
~ Experience working with internaland external senior stakeholders, and with cross-functional teams.
~ Experience in Product Development Lifecycle, product scoping,requirement gathering, backlog management, schedule and estimations,reviews and validations, execution, tracking and monitoring,documentation.
~ Experience in conducting market research andcompetitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, andpotential opportunities.
~ Advocate foruser-centred design practices, provide input on user research andusability testing, and ensure that the product's user experiencealigns with customer expectations.
