Senior Staff Nurse - Orthopaedic Ward Private Hospital in London | Tier 2 Sponsorship Available Are you an experienced Senior Staff Nurse with a passion for orthopaedic care? Our prestigious private hospital in London is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Ward team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.
Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Orthopaedic Ward, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering a positive learning environment.
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Must have experience as a Staff Nurse in an orthopaedic setting.
Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of orthopaedic care, including pre- and post-operative care, fracture management, and mobility assistance.
Fluency in English, as evidenced by passing the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall score that meets the NMC criteria.
Completion of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for nurses.
Hold an NMC decision letter
