Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Senior Product Manager at Odd Muse in Brentwood. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of product strategies, collaborating with, conducting market research, defining product features, and driving product lifecycle management. The desired candidate will lead the strategy with Founder Aimee and manage our Product team which currently consists of one Design Assistant but set to grow once a Manager is in place.

Day to Day

  • Research on any possible developments in brand's product strategy
  • Presenting research back to founder
  • Quality control pre-shipment
  • Working with a Critical Path
  • Leading fit sessions with our garment technologist
  • Present final collections to buying to ultimately influence the order and where we feel most confident

Qualifications

  • Product Strategy Development, Market Research, and Product Lifecycle Management skills
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and defining product features
  • Experience with Fashion Design and Construction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proven track record of launching successful products
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
