inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. We are seeking for a Business strategy manager to help us align and manage entire company’s strategy implementation for the upcoming years.

Organizing executives strategy sessions: content preparation, assistance with facilitation.
• Driving company business strategy documentation, including x-functional leadership with respective teams and pieces.
• Developing and driving newly forming strategy office processes:
Experience in business strategy consulting / strategy management, in companies of similar size and maturity level as InDrive, Strong understanding of Strategy development processes.
• Specifically - experience in setting up strategy office processes, strategic sessions organization and facilitation - a great advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach, deep business performance-focused and result oriented mindset, structured person with holistic view.
• Proactive approach is very important as we are building something that does not yet exist in the company.
• English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
