South Coast Dental is an award winning specialist dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and treatments. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Administrator and Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
The position will be a full time permanent position.
*Hours:* 8-5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
*Location:* South Coast Dental Specialists, Merley, Wimborne.
*The role: *Dental Admin Assistant/Receptionist
· Responsible for monitoring incoming referrals and assigning the referral to the correct Specialist.
- Reception duties to ensure a positive patient experience from arrival to departure.
- Good communication with team members and clinicians to help build rapport.
* Motivated, friendly, flexible, punctual and organised.
* Dental knowledge an advantage.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
· Proven experience as a practice administrator or similar role in a medical setting
· Proficient in using practice management software and electronic health records systems
