Asset Management Administrator

About the role GAP Group have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Asset Management & Supply Chain department. Reporting to the Fleet Disposals Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administration duties, provide invoicing support, raise purchase orders and also prepare management information for supplier meetings and reviews. About You The successful candidate should have: • Previous experience working in a fast-paced administration • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally • Proactive approach to workload and perform when working to tight deadlines whilst managing customer requirements in a professional manner. • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word About Us GAP Hire Solutions now has 10 divisions offering the hire of equipment throughout the UK.
