Previous experience of leading application implementations such as ERP, Finance, HR or payroll related projects/programmes is needed as is experience of the full SDLC.

You will need to have;

  • Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a large complex organisation
  • A track record of delivering complex applications into organisations
  • Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals.
  • Sound track record of initiating and managing large-scale projects within a complex organisation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects within a programme. Ability to prioritise, delegate and execute tasks in an environment with competing demands.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with, and command the respect of, a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff members, influencing as necessary and resolving conflict.
  • Demonstrably strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills with the ability to listen and respond to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, generate effective solutions and make effective decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as an ability to communicate technical and complex messages effectively with all levels of staff
