Property Manager

Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 properties, ensuring efficient proper management services.
Oversee a diverse portfolio comprising approximately 100 properties, ensuring comprehensive and efficient property management across all facets.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with landlords, tenants, contractors, and advisors to facilitate seamless coordination of maintenance activities, inspections, and tenancy agreements.
Stay abreast of evolving legal landscapes, adeptly adjusting business terms and agreements to remain compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Maintain meticulous databases, effectively manage key systems, streamline invoice processing, and uphold adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
