We are expecting an Outstanding rating for Well Led on our recent CQC inspection.

We have vacancy for an experienced Care Planner/Scheduler who shares our ethos for delivering high quality care with empathy, professionalism and friendliness. 

We continually recruit carers, ensuring we train, attract and retain the most amazing people. This allows you to concentrate on your job of managing our care. 

Our care calls are normally 1 hour or more we do not rush and give carers travel time. 

We only take on new packages if we have the care staff to resource them. 

Most of our clients are private funded

We are creating the conditions for an experienced Care scheduler/planner to flourish and work to their full potential

If not care management experience then need to demonstrate planning and organising skills.

We offer a very competitive package for the right candidate.

There will be opportunities to progress within the company for the right candidate

Recent graduates will be considered but need to demonstrate experience of planning,, problem solving and analytical thinking that can relate to our working environment

Salary: £30-35k pa

Must live in easy driving commute to South Croydon, CR2

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and delivery of weekly rotas of care visits to our clients 
  • Manage daily changes to the plans and schedules 
  • Be the 1st point of contact for handling queries and receiving information related to the care management
  • Help ensure compliance is met within the office and the care calls
  • Undertake client care reviews
  • Share the on call rota responsibilities 
  • Assist with recruitment of carers
  • General office Administration
  • Deputise for the Registered manager 

You need to: 

  • have experience of working the care sector as a care planner with responsibility for the planning of the rotas and schedules OR be able to demonstrate transferable skills from another sector
  • have health and social care qualifications (NVQ3 or above)
  • be a people person with good communication skills
  • preferable a driver with access to a car
  • have local knowledge of the surrounding areas of South Croydon and North Tandridge
