Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Watton Basic Salary up to £24,000 DOE + Car Allowance OTE of £40,000+ (Uncapped commission scheme & Bonus structure) Our client is looking for qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor who is adaptable, self-motivated and can work at a fast pace to join them in their Watton office. You will be working with property experts in the Watton area who will provide you with quality leads on a daily basis, as well as having plenty of opportunity to generate your own business. Basic Salary up to £24,000 (DoE) + Car Allowance OTE of £40,000+ in your first year Fantastic Uncapped Commission scheme + Bonus structure on top Lead source from well-established, market-leading estate agency Full training and development programme with career progression opportunities Group discounts on property services Key responsibilities for this Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor role Build and maintain a strong relationship with the estate agency team; providing support and training where required Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase residential and/or investment properties.
