Are you a confident and enthusiastic Customer Service Account Manager looking for a new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to work with one of our well-established clients based in Hinckley.
Principle Responsibilities for the Customer Service Account Manager:
* To contact clients to welcome them and book their initial appointments with consultants in line with service levels and diary booking guidelines
* To ensure that all client service issues whether verbal or written are acknowledged in line with the complaints procedure.
* To ensure that all client service issues are thoroughly investigated through discussion with the client and appropriate internal staff.
* To ensure that all client service issues are resolved in a timely manner and at all times focused on client resolution and retention.
* Accountability for obtaining a prompt response to client queries, service issues and requests to cancel.
* To receive client and consultant telephone calls and resolve queries and service issues.
Person specification for the Customer Service Account Manager:
* Excellent Customer Service
* Strong time management
* Great telephone manner and customer service
* Have a dynamic and flexible approach
* This is a full-time permanent Customer Service Account Manager position, working Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30.
