Responsibilities:

  • The Pardot Architect is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the platform better.
  • Support the Pre-Sales Team in responding to RFP's, POV's in terms of providing Estimations, Scope Definition, Assumptions/Dependencies for the recommended Solution & be part of Customer Orals when needed to present the Solution.
  • Be a leader for the Marketing Cloud group in the organization by mentoring Junior members of the Team in terms of their career aspirations/directions, driving them to take certifications, Solutions/Idea Building, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pardot.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Pardot
  • Create technical documentation related to Pardot solutions.

Requirements:

  • Perform configuration and administration of Pardot
  • Implementing and demystifying advanced Pardot functionality e.g. Form Handlers, Landing Pages, UTM tracking, cookies / behavioral tracking etc.
  • Experience in Developing custom integration solutions with websites and landing pages using the Pardot API’s
  • Manage and advise on email marketing campaigns and best practice using Pardot platform.
  • Experience in action-based nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Report on key metrics and interpretation of the campaigns data.
  • Manage Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Google Analytics, Google Ad and other 'connector' integrations with Pardot and ensure flawless data sync
  • Manage Pardot and Salesforce connector configuration and synchronization including custom solutions.
  • Support and uphold the highest standards of data governance and data protection including validation, cleansing, and augmentation/appending.
  • Experience in implementing advanced marketing automation workflows within a medium to large organization.
  • Experience in Release Management with multiple phases.
  • Production Deployment Best Practices
  • Experience in working Agile methodology
  • Excellent learning agility to expand your expertise into Salesforce eco system products.
  • Good to have Pardot Consultant Certification, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce PD1 & SFDC Platform working knowledge in terms of Configuration, Apex Programming, etc.
  • Ability to manage medium size Marketing Automation team.
