We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Contracts Manager to join our team and take the lead on maximising retention and driving efficiency, whilst maintaining an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee & be responsible for: The renewal workflow process, ensuring all renewals are processed accurately and on time Providing data-driven insights and scenario modelling for renewal deals to support account management in strategic decision making Monitoring and tracking renewal pipelines, providing forecasting support and reporting on renewal performance to leadership team and vendors Working with the Internal Customer Success team to identify potentials risks within renewal contracts (pricing/terms/utilisation) and proactively recommend migration approaches Reinforcing process discipline by maintaining accurate records of all renewal opportunities and driving operational improvements Contributing to continuous improvement of renewal strategies by analysing historical outcomes, win/loss patterns and discounting trends Owning debtor management for renewals Skills & Personal Qualities Required: Strong commercial awareness Strong negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial and contractual risks Excellent organisation and time management abilities; capable of managing multiple renewals simultaneously Thorough attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and cross functional collaboration Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite of applications Preferred Experience Experience in supervising and leading a team Prior experience in renewals operations, deal desk, sales operations, contract administration, or business operations Exposure to financial modelling, pricing analysis or revenue forecasting Experience working cross functionally in a fast-paced SaaS company Package & Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package tailored to attract the right candidate, including: Private Healthcare Company Bonus Scheme Additional Information This role is primarily home-based, with occasional visits to our offices in Derby & Sutton Coldfield.
