MAIN DUTIES

  • Responsive building maintenance on domestic properties.
  • Installation of new kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, doors, windows etc.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trade related repair requests.
  • Responsive maintenance in occupied properties.
  • Building fabric repairs
  • Reactive maintenance.
  • To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
  • Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.
Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time. Pay: £160 Per day with company vehicle & fuel card £180 Per day using own vehicle CIS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • NVQ trade qualification(s)
  • Multi trade experience
  • Full current driving licence.
  • A DBS check is required before commencement of role & Basic Asbestos Awareness certificate (can be completed after offer stage)
