A General Manager is required for this busy bar and restaurant in Solihull. As well as the impressive fresh food, the venue also has an extensive cocktail menu. This place is busy with a fun, lively atmosphere and banging tunes. They are looking for a General Manager who can lead and inspire the friendly front-of-house team with a focus on the guest experience. This role would suit a current Assistant or Deputy GM or Restaurant Manager of a branded restaurant, looking to step up into their first General Management position.
What is our client looking for in the General Manager?
- Experience of working in a similar position within a high-quality bar or restaurant
- A strong background in food and beverage operations is essential
- Experience of managing a team
- Someone with a passion for Cocktail's
- Bags of personality and enthusiasm
- A calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first-class food offering
- Someone willing to role up their sleeves to ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards
