Our client, who is a local housing provider, is seeking a qualified plumber to become an integral part of their team. Responsibilities of Plumber:
- Completing plumbing repairs at customers’ homes and empty properties.
- Ordering materials and managing stock.
- Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work.
- Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service.
- Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures.
- Maintaining a professional manner whilst completing repairs.
- City & Guilds or NVQ2 or equivalent in plumbing.
- Full driving licence.
- Experience of working in a customer focussed environment.
- Experience of working in the construction sector.
- Good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace.
- Willingness to carry out multiskilling in other trades.
- Social housing experience.
- Working in a property maintenance environment.
- Ability to use a PDA or electronic job system.
- Uniform
