As a Veterinary Nurse here, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized care and ensuring the health and well-being of cherished pets. Responsibilities: As an integral part of the veterinary team, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting veterinarians during consultations, surgeries, and medical procedures. Monitoring and caring for small animal patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians. Conducting health checks and maintaining detailed medical records. Providing compassionate support to pet owners, addressing their concerns, and offering post-operative care advice. Assisting with diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and sample collection. Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. Requirements: To thrive in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification, with active RCVS registration. Previous experience in a small animal clinic or similar environment. Proficiency in nursing skills, including catheter placement, bandaging, and administering medications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with pet owners. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing exceptional care to furry patients and their owners.
