Partnership Growth Manager

The purpose of the role is to lead and support new business development as SIAS continues on its growth strategy. The role of Partnerships and Growth Manager will help focus those efforts and develop the form and level of support moving forward.
Customer engagement across existing training providers, developing relationships, enhancing support and ensuring adoption of SIAS’ range of EPAs, qualifications and services, increasing the amount of SIAS products our existing customers are delivering.
Business development across new training providers and Centres, positioning the SIAS offer and securing growth by onboarding new customers and selling our products into them.
Customer engagement with existing employers, positioning the SIAS offer, ensuring high levels of support and developing new business.
Attend conferences, exhibitions and events, growing your network and increasing knowledge of the sector and key contacts.
Develop strategies for targeting key new business, focusing on volume and geographic importance.
For new Centres, handle initial enquiries, provide pre-application guidance and support up to the point of Centre approval application form submission.
Business development across potential new employers, positioning the SIAS offer and helping to secure growth.
Collaborating on the development of the SIAS support offer with all stakeholders with the aim of enhancing SIAS’ reputation via development of systems/processes, on-line tools and media.
Develop and maintain business development pipelines across Employers, Centres and Providers.
Capture and communicate market intel to support product development and the positioning of SIAS’ service offer.
Support in development and evidencing of new product development pipeline.
Supporting SIAS project its offer across the wider sector by engaging with employer groups and associations.
A proven track record of successful sales and business development, including large key customers.
Demonstratable record of service delivery and development.
A proven networker able to project the SIAS service offer across differing stakeholder groups.
A strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, qualifications and assessment methods.
Ability to analyse, interpret and present complex information and data.
Highly motivated self-starter and network builder, highly focused and driven to achieve goals in line with business targets and deadlines.
Able to work in an evolving business environment and respond positively to change, contributing own ideas to achieve business aims.
Be willing to undertake travel across the UK, which may involve occasional overnight stays.
