Advising on private fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
Supporting for capital raising, investor negotiations, and fund documentation
Work closely with internal stakeholders including investment, finance, and compliance teams
Contribute to broader legal strategy and risk management across the platform
Qualified lawyer (5-15PQE) with strong experience in private funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm or in-house
Good knowledge of fund structures and relevant regulatory frameworks
