Overview: A prestigious client in the hospitality and personal services industry is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with a background in the concierge industry, looking to leverage their expertise in crafting personalised, luxury experiences for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to tailor individualised services and experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate a variety of lifestyle services including travel arrangements, event planning, personal shopping, and health and wellness programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and exceed expectations.
  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure clients receive premium services at the best value.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends in luxury travel, events, and lifestyle services to continually offer innovative solutions and experiences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lifestyle Manager, Concierge, or similar role within the luxury service industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to accommodate clients’ needs, including outside of standard business hours if necessary.
  • Proficient in using modern technology and software to enhance service delivery.
