REGISTERED GENERAL MANAGER - GRANTHAM, LINCOLNSHIRE - 58K + EXTENSIVE BENEFITSForest Care Selection is currently working in partnership, with an established charitable organisation that operates residential, nursing and day centres for elderly clients with old age and Dementia. They have a new job opportunity for a Registered General Manager to join their established home based in the Grantham, Lincolnshire area. The home is purpose-built and offers first-class residential care to residents.Ensuring the services continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Building relationships with external partners and raising the profile within the local community.
Experience working with elderly clients with old age and Dementia, or in a similar setting.
Experience in holding CQC registration in a similar specialist setting.
Experience in driving occupancy levels, marketing homes and building relationships within the local community.
