This role sits at the heart of our Capability & Spaces business area, part of the Chief Operating Office, and is key to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
As our Service Lead , you'll:
Stabilize and strengthen a high-performing team delivering a managed service in Digital & Transformation
Ensure compliance with departmental and government frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders across DTG, DWP, and the wider Civil Service.
Lead operational contract management and act as a subject matter expert.
Influence strategic decisions by presenting data-driven solutions to senior leaders.
You'll manage a talented team, shape our People Plan, and work with Commercial partners to deliver cost-effective, dynamic solutions that meet evolving demands.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in; Hybrid working: We work a hybrid model - You'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face-to-face in a hub.
Pension: Department for Work and Pensions contributes £12,876 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
