The successful candidate will ideally have a background in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. They'll also be responsible for our branch management and operational teams, for the planning and delivery of the next stage of our company development strategy, and for building, managing and expanding our customer portfolio in the respective areas.
We are advertising now for a January 2025 start. Lead and manage the branch with three key areas of operation: projects and installation work, planned maintenance contracts and reactive service works.
Drive sales and business development for profitable and sustainable growth.
Project planning and implementation.
Ensure quality, customer service and profitability.
Ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring budgets and motivating staff to attain objectives
Ensure management systems, structures and procedures are adhered to, including the implementation of the company policy on ‘Health, Safety and the Environment’
Adopt an active role in the promotion of training and development of staff.
