Payroll Administrator

We are currently partnering with an Academy Trust in Staffordshire who are recruiting for a Payroll and Pensions Administrator to assist the team on a 3-month temporary contract, with a possibility of extension.
This is a full-time position with a generous hybrid model of 1-2 days in the office . This position offers an hourly rate of £14-£17/hour dependant on experience.
This role is due to start ASAP .
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing payroll and pension admin for 450 staff on a monthly basis using MHR iTrent
- Assisting the Payroll Manager as the interface between the payroll provider and payroll inputters
- Processing new starts and leavers, P45s and right to work documentation
- Resolving queries from staff, regarding Payroll and Pensions (LGPS and Teachers Pensions)
Experience required:
- iTrent
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Risk assessment and management
- Financial management and budgeting
- Compliance and due diligence
Rewards and benefits:
- Hybrid working, 1-2 days in office
Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
