We are looking for a Commercial Controller to join our team Building Services commercial team in our head office in Watford or Moorgate.
Working as a Commercial Controller you will be responsible for administering commercial governance and activity across the FM project portfolio.
Support Senior Commercial managers and Projects Commercial Director in the development of any new, adopted, or adapted commercial processes and procedures.
Support Projects Commercial Director with rollout of commercial transformation workstream improvements to Oracle ERP system.
Monitor the subcontractor payment process in accordance with Duty to Report / Governments Prompt Payment targets, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment.
Support with monitoring project cash performance and month end CVR
Experience of working within the facilities management sector.
Experience of working with internal stakeholder groups such as commercial and central finance representatives.
Experience of Oracle or financial management system.
Competent Computer skills including use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular be at an advanced level for Excel.
