The Analyst role sits within our Oversight team based in our central London office. The mission of this newly-formed team is to reshape Trayport’s Connectivity Oversight Program - focusing on API management to bring them in line with best industry practices.

With both a consultative and analytical approach, you would be examining client data usage and workflows, assessing alignment to Trayport's licensing frameworks, whilst working closely with both internal (Trayport) and external (client) stakeholders.

The Oversight's team ethos is to protect our client's and Trayport’s assets through the provision of better services, processes, security and surveillance.

What you'd be doing?

  • Identify improvements to our existing processes, workflows and tools to increase compliance and governance standards
  • Assist with documenting policies and processes
  • Assist with reviewing and resolving requests related to usage policies
  • Support the Client and Technical teams with licensing renewals
  • Attend client meetings to aid with auditing and usage

What you'll bring?

  • Ability to analyse complex data and correlate usage via product log files and analytical tools
  • High degree of diplomacy and the ability to engage with a wide variety of individuals such as end users, senior managers and executives
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to learn and understand the Trayport product offering and our licensing model
  • Nice to have: Proficiency with Splunk and/or Tableau
