Responsibilities:

As the Head of Year, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a positive and supportive school environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the academic and pastoral progress of students within the assigned year group.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance student well-being, attendance, and engagement.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to address individual student needs and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the overall leadership and management of the school.
