You will be part of our Repairs or Voids team and play a key role in shaping our future - as well as forging a great career.
As a Multi-Trade Operative at Golding Homes you will be responsible for ensuring our current properties remain at a high standard; providing our customers with great quality homes.
You will be part of our fantastic Repairs or Voids team and will work alongside other skilled operatives to ensure all repairs are completed on time and to standard.

We are looking for highly motivated, customer-oriented people from all walks of life to bring the right skills to our team - a Multi Trader who can provide the best service and value for money to our customers.
We are looking for someone with Trades experience with a wide range of skills from plumbing to plastering, brickwork to carpentry and everything in between.
Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent and/or a minimum of NVQ level II or its equivalent i.e. relevant City & Guilds Basic Craft Certificate is desirable. You must be assessed as competent in two or more further trades (in addition to a lead trade).
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety requirements which include working at heights, asbestos awareness, manual handling and COSH.
A full driving licence is essential.
A DBS is required for this role.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 40-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £34,900 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience. Option to join out of hours emergency Rota which would be on the repairs side of the contract which will be paid as per our out of hours rate.
Golding Homes have properties throughout Maidstone and the surrounding area. This role will allow you to travel around our properties, meaning no two weeks will be the same What’s more, you'll become a permanent member of the Golding family, offering you real job security.
