Our client a fresh food pub in the Cotswolds, are on the lookout for an organised individual to join their team. As a Chef De Partie, you will be joining a hardworking and friendly team, in a kitchen that offers both flexibility and progression.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to plan and execute menu items according to the restaurant's standards.
Prepare high-quality ingredients for cooking.
Train and mentor Junior Chefs, providing guidance on culinary techniques and ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, assisting with inventory management and ordering ingredients as needed.
Excellent knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment proficiently.
Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with other kitchen staff.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
