Fantastic opportunity for a Construction Planner/Senior Planner to join a busy and expanding construction company.
A dynamic and fast-paced SME construction company specialising in refurbishment projects in the North East. A Planner is required to provide accurate construction programmes from preconstruction bid stage through to completion mostly for building refurbishments and fit-out projects up to £8 million. Strong knowledge of sequencing building works, critical paths, managing timelines, construction methodology, an ability to identify risks and an ability to draw out information from people are important aspects of the role. The ideal applicant will have planning experience from within the construction industry in their role as a Planner. A building rather than civils background is required. Experience with project management software such as Asta or Microsoft Project. Driving licence essential.
26 days + bank holidays, private healthcare, flexible working.
