Additional Benefits Company Pension Scheme The Role Sofina Foods is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operative to support the efficient movement, storage, and rotation of goods within our warehouse. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accepting inbound goods, maintaining accurate stock levels, and operating material handling equipment. If you’re proactive, organised, and experienced with mechanical handling equipment, this is a fantastic opportunity to thrive within a well-established and supportive team. The hours of work for this role are 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off Your Key Responsibilities Receiving and verifying incoming goods Ensuring stock is stored accurately and rotated properly Operating mechanical handling equipment, including Reach and Counterbalance trucks Maintaining clean and safe work areas in line with health & safety standards The Ideal Candidate A full UK driving licence Reach truck licence is essential Counterbalance truck licence is desirable A strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Team spirit and a proactive work ethic Why Sofina Foods?
